The client, a 25 year old stalwart in the tech industry wanted a charismatic, bold, information-rich site, and had shifted from offering a service management porfolio as its mainstay. The challenge called for fitting an array of existent services in with its new GRC platform and in-house AI model, specifically for auditors, as well as offering its newest developments to existing enterprise clientele.

Trust
The client operates at the intersection of governance, risk, compliance, and applied AI. As lead on design, copy, and project delivery, I guided the engagement from discovery through to launch: establishing a visual language that balanced technical authority with approachability, restructuring the site's information architecture around buyer journeys, and producing all web copy from scratch.

SEO
SEO strategy was woven in from the ground up through keyword mapping against enterprise compliance and AI governance search intent, competitive nalysis, metadata frameworks, and a structured content hierarchy built for long-term indexing.

I took a hands-on role across design, writing, and project coordination, building a site that struck an intentional balance between the warmth of an owner-managed business and the professionalism expected by public sector procurement teams. Copy was written to address both the commercial and compliance-led concerns of government buyers.

SEO focused specifically on G-Cloud search behaviour: how procurement officers search for cloud services on and around the Digital Marketplace, ensuring the client appeared where decisions were being made.

Outcomes

Model Legibility
I designed, wrote and launched the entire site independently. The design needed to project ambition and credibility. Copy was built around the firm's three core service lines: workforce management, technology reselling, and bid management, with messaging structured to speak to both procurement-led buyers in the public sector and commercially-driven decision-makers in enterprise.

SEO focused specifically on the partnership model itself with strategic vision and orchestration from the consultancy. Positioning the agency as a senior-level partner rather than a reseller with ambition was the focus.
