    In keeping with the website copy I generated, along with the product names and description, the email sequence needed to emulate the same quality. At pre-launch, every email had to do double duty: build brand equity and move subscribers toward a first purchase, without ever feeling transactional. The approach centred on four principles.

    Voice Before Volume

    Every email was written to feel like a letter from the founders: intimate, literary, and unhurried. Urgency was introduced only where structurally necessary (discount expiry), never as a default tone.

    Sensory Specificity

    Generic fragrance copy leans on "luxury" and "indulgence." I positioned this brand with concrete sensory language: "dusky, gourmand booziness" over "rich and complex", to earn credibility with fragrance enthusiasts.
